For some people, pain and fatigue is an every day experience, sometimes hidden and misunderstood because there is rarely a visual representation of the pain beneath. This can lead to a lot of distress and anxiety, often affecting relationships at work and at home. Being listened to and truly heard is the first step towards healing.
Using myofascial release, Swedish massage and trigger point therapy, my intention is to identify areas of exquisite pain and restrictions allowing the body to release and the nervous system to re-set. Conditions like Fibromyalgia, MS and Long Covid require such a gentle approach to facilitate healing, pain relief and reconnection, a slow and listening approach is very important for these conditions.
